Kenya Vision 2030:

Kenya Vision 2030 is the country’s development blueprint covering the period 2008 to 2030. Its objective is to help transform Kenya into a, “middle-income country providing a high quality life to all its citizens by the year 2030”.

As Kindergarten Experts International (KEI), we contribute to the attainment of this vision as follows in line with its development:

Article: 5.1. EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Under education and training, it states that Kenya will provide globally competitive quality education, training and research to her citizens for development and enhanced individual well- being. It further outlines that the role of the Kenyan government is to raise the quality and relevance of education provided to the learners.

We therefore, come in under the following strategies as outlined in Kenya Vision 2030:
a). Modernizing teacher training:
Our Teacher Development Programmes aims at giving teachers an outstanding professional advice through professional development courses and consultancies and make Kenya a world class centre of excellence in the region. This will help Kenya attain the above goal.

b). Strengthening partnerships with the private sector:
The government of Kenya aims at strengthening partnerships with the private sector in order to attain the vision 2030. In this regard, we are ready to partner with the Kenyan Government and other development partners to scale up the social development pillar with emphasis to the education sector by offering cutting edge trainings to teachers and other stakeholders who promote holistic development of children.

Article: 5.6. GENDER, YOUTH AND VULNERABLE GROUPS:
Under this section, Kenya aims at producing globally competitive and prosperous youths, minimize vulnerabilities through prohibition of retrogressive practices such as the Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and child labour and by up-scaling the training for people with disabilities and special needs.

In line with our vision, mission and our training programmes play a significant role here.

Article: 5.7. EQUITY AND POVERTY ELIMINATION:
By investing in children we admit and affirm that investment in children and the realization of their rights are among the most effective ways to eradicate poverty.
